About
Chadwick Island Marina (CIM) has been in business since 1973. After vacationing each summer on the Jersey Shore and having always loved boating, Fred and Marcie Zbranak bought the marina and laid the foundation for a small family owned business. In 2004 the marina was passed down to their only daughter, Robyn, and who has continued the tradition and maintained the family orientation. We are honored to have customers that have been with us through each generation. We believe in treating our customers equally with respect and we try to be as friendly and accommodating as possible.
There are 202 slips for boats between 16' - 42', as well as, 36 jet ski floats. Our jet ski floats fill up quickly so we reserve them at a first come first served basis. We also have transient slips for both boats and jet skis. For prices, please call the office at 732-793-7227 or email us at chadwickmarina@aol.com.
CIM offers services (Mercury/Mercruiser Authorized Dealer) along with having a marine store, ramp, fuel dock and pump-out. In addition to summer storage, we also offer winter storage and winterization services. In our store we carry a huge inventory to satisfy all your boating needs. If we do not carry a certain product in store, we can easily order it through Mesco, Kellogg, or Mercury Marine for most often next day delivery. We know that owning a boat is expensive so we try to find you the best deals for you to get the most out of your money.
The marina is located in Chadwick Island, New Jersey on Strickland Blvd. that is directly off of Route 35. From the water, the marina can be accessed by two coves both north and south of Middle Sedge Island (the island with the house on it). Since we are set within the lagoons of Chadwick Island it means there is no wake around the marina and it offers protection from the elements of the open bay.
If you choose to have a slip with us over the summer, some amenities we offer are access to bathroom and shower facilities, electricity, parking, storm protected slips, finger docks for easy access to boat, and beach privileges.
We are located approximately halfway between the Tunney/Mathis Bridge (Toms River) and the Mantoloking Bridge (Brick) that each as only a 10-15 minute drive. Along with only a few blocks from the beach, there are multiple breakfast places, delis, bars, and restaurants within walking or biking distance. Local shops, laundromats, and arcades are perfect for the occasional rainy day. We are also very close to the Seaside and Jenkinson’s Boardwalks that are great for family fun or for nightlife entertainment.
Customers have the opportunity to visit a wealth of fishing and crabbing spots in the Barnegat Bay and out in the ocean. Also, it is only a short ride to hangout spots such as F Cove and Tices Shoal and restaurants and bars with boat parking. No matter what your boating preference is, we are sure you will be able to find what fits your perfect summer day.
